Perth, November 2011 - Day 1

Perth, a long planned holiday. 1 year? 2 years? Lost count...

Finally we step into a land where there is more ang moh than asians.

Daddy is graduating, thus we make use of this excuse or shall i say this is a force for us to realize our trip. We bought air ticket after lots of discussion, budget or economy class. In the end we opt for not juz economy class but SQ economy class although the one fella in Perth keep asking us to take jetstar or tiger.

Finally the long awaited day has come..

Waiting to board the plane around 12.30am

Aftter 5 hours of torturing flight (SQ is nice but i did not sleep well)

At Perth airport, our dear driver is late

Our dear driver (okay, I am one of the driver as well)

I must say the sun at Perth is freaking powerful... It is super duper hot!
As it was still to early for breakfast (coz the place that daddy want to bring us there is not opened yet), we went King's Park for a walk or rather, we drive around King's Park. Well, we did get out of the car and walk a bit. hehe..

Kings Park

View of Perth CBD from Kings Park - It's really very very very hot

We do a quick walk, snap some pictures (it's really to hot to stay outdoor and the flies there were after our lives!!!)

After King's Park, we dropped by daddy's house as he need to pick up some stuff. Had my first taste of Perth water and it's salty!!!

After enough shopping in the city. We did something touristy. We visited Perth Mint. Ticket is AUD15 each. Well, nothing very interesting there but we got too much time to spare before our next destination.

Our passenger fall asleep during the long drive to Caversham Wildlife Park

Yatching

I always wanted to go out the sea on a yatch.
Deals.com made my dreams come true.

WE grab the deal at $400 for a 4 hour ride on a yatch

We bought food (no drinks coz it was provided!) and off we go. We were starving and we start eating while we cruise around the island. We fish and we snap lotsa pix!
We wanna do it again!
